North Coast Health Helping Individuals with Health Care Coverage
Do you have questions about the Affordable Care Act (ACA)? Or questions on what insurance coverage may be available to you or your family? Did you apply last year, and have questions about re-enrollment?
North Coast Health (NCH), a faith-based free and charitable medical clinic in Lakewood, offers application assistance. Certified Application Counselors (CAC’s) are available to answer questions and assist with applications for Medicaid and Marketplace plans.
To ready yourself, and your family, for the ACA’s Marketplace Open Enrollment, here is some important information:
For Medicaid enrollment
North Coast Health’s Certified Application Counselors are available by appointment at 16110 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood Ohio. You do not need to be a patient of North Coast Health to receive help with an application. To schedule an appointment with an Application Counselor, call 216.228.7878. NCH is available to assist, throughout the year, for individuals eligible for Medicaid or needing support with any changes to Marketplace applications.
